🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate referral relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, and physicians.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the community.
- Represent our agency at networking events, health fairs, and community programs.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track outreach efforts and drive growth metrics using CRM tools.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in healthcare sales, business development, or community outreach (home care/hospice/senior care preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to make a meaningful impact.
- Knowledge of the local healthcare and senior care landscape is a plus.
