We are hiring caregivers in Crystal Lake, Huntley, Lake in the Hills, Woodstock, and Algonquin for short, flexible shifts (2–6 hours) with consistent client assignments.
This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking part-time, flexible work without long or exhausting shifts.
Possibility of office work to insure fulltime workload if applicable.
What You’ll Do:
Provide companionship and support
Assist with daily routines
Help clients maintain independence at home
Requirements:
• Valid Social Security Number (SSN)
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle with insurance
• Authorized to work in the U.S.Pay & Bonuses:
• $17–$18/hour
• $50 Signing Bonus (after your first shift)
• $75 at 100 hours | $200 at 500 hours
• $15–$25 Superhero Bonus (last-minute coverage)
• $25 Caregiver of the Month
• $25 Work Anniversary Bonus
• $25 for Positive Client FeedbackBonus eligibility is contingent upon satisfactory performance, adherence to company policies, and active employment in good standing at the time of payout.
