Business Development Representative (Route Sales / Relationship Marketing)

Full-Time | $20/hr 5% Commission
Job Summary
Homeway Construction & Restoration is hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative to generate new business through daily in-person visits and relationship building.
This is a field-based, high-activity role. You will build relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and real estate professionals to generate water damage restoration jobs.

What You’ll Do
- Complete 320 in-person visits per month (15–20 stops per day)
- Build and maintain referral relationships
- Generate water damage leads and opportunities
- Follow up consistently to stay top-of-mind
- Represent Homeway professionally in the field
- Track all activity and results daily
Compensation
- $20/hour base pay
- 5% commission on water damage jobs you generate
- Commission paid on closed jobs
- High performers can earn $80,000–$120,000
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Comfortable with high daily activity and face-to-face interaction
- Organized with consistent follow-up habits
- Experience in sales, serving, bartending, real estate, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Work Environment
- Field-based (not a desk job)
- Local travel required daily
