Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and emotional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices
• Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed, while following any dietary restrictions
• Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients and contribute to their overall well-being

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Experience in personal care assistance or a relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
• Ability to follow dietary restrictions and meal plans
• Reliable, responsible, and committed to making a difference in the lives of others

Bonus If You:

• Hold relevant certifications in caregiving or healthcare
• Speak multiple languages, particularly Spanish
• Have experience working with seniors or individuals with specific health conditions

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time and may include weekends. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site only, and we are looking for candidates in Santa Rosa and the surrounding areas, including Sebastopol, Petaluma, Windsor, Healdsburg, Cloverdale, Sonoma, and Central Sonoma and Marin County.
