Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Home Care Liaison to represent our agency in Hartford and Tolland Counties. If you have strong, established relationships with healthcare professionals, senior care providers, and community partners—and you’re looking for a role where those connections can truly make a difference—this position is for you.

We provide exceptional home care that supports older adults and individuals with disabilities. As our Home Care Liaison, you will serve as the trusted face of our agency, driving growth through meaningful partnerships, community outreach, and high-quality representation.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Conduct regular in-person marketing visits with referral partners
  • Host weekly Lunch & Learn sessions
  • Attend community marketing events and networking opportunities
  • Deepen existing referral relationships and establish new ones within:
  • Senior living communities
  • Hospitals and healthcare offices
  • Elder law and care management offices
  • Rehabilitation centers
  • Community and nonprofit organizations
  • Families seeking support navigating home care

Brand Visibility & Outreach

  • Increase our brand presence through events, education, and community engagement
  • Submit photos and brief updates for social media, newsletters, and blog content
  • Promote Homewatch CareGivers as the preferred referral partner in the region

Collaboration & Follow-Up

  • Assist with lead follow-up as needed
  • Participate in weekly team meetings
  • Work closely with leadership to align outreach strategy and meet goals

Excellent Compensation

  • Base Salary of $70,000 annually
  • Monthly Commission earning potential increases when you exceed quota

What We’re Seeking

The ideal candidate has strong, existing relationships in the industry and brings:

  • Experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the fields of senior care, healthcare, or similar settings
  • A natural ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Motivation, organization, and accountability
  • Comfort being in the field regularly (must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, social media, and general office software

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
