Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Home Care Liaison to represent our agency in Hartford and Tolland Counties. Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Conduct regular in-person marketing visits with referral partners
- Host weekly Lunch & Learn sessions
- Attend community marketing events and networking opportunities
- Deepen existing referral relationships and establish new ones within:
- Senior living communities
- Hospitals and healthcare offices
- Elder law and care management offices
- Rehabilitation centers
- Community and nonprofit organizations
- Families seeking support navigating home care
Brand Visibility & Outreach
- Increase our brand presence through events, education, and community engagement
- Submit photos and brief updates for social media, newsletters, and blog content
- Promote Homewatch CareGivers as the preferred referral partner in the region
Collaboration & Follow-Up
- Assist with lead follow-up as needed
- Participate in weekly team meetings
- Work closely with leadership to align outreach strategy and meet goals

Excellent Compensation
- Base Salary of $70,000 annually
- Monthly Commission earning potential increases when you exceed quota

What We’re Seeking
The ideal candidate has strong, existing relationships in the industry and brings:
- Experience in marketing, business development, or sales within the fields of senior care, healthcare, or similar settings
- A natural ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Motivation, organization, and accountability
- Comfort being in the field regularly (must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email platforms, social media, and general office software
