Role Overview:
As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance, meal preparation, companionship, and emotional support to our clients. Whether you work on-site in Santa Rosa or other nearby areas, you'll have the flexibility to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices
- Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed, while following any dietary restrictions
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients and contribute to their overall well-being
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in personal care assistance or a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
- Ability to follow dietary restrictions and meal plans
- Reliable, responsible, and committed to making a difference in the lives of others

- Speak multiple languages, particularly Spanish

Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as Part-Time and may include weekends.
Location:
This position is on-site only, and we are looking for candidates in Bodega Bay and the surrounding areas.
