Role Overview:
As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Frederick, you will be responsible for providing compassionate support and assistance to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those you serve every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and support to enhance the clients’ emotional well-being.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in clients’ conditions or needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure tailored care for each client and take ownership of specific client care plans.
Qualifications:

- Compassionate and patient personality, with a strong desire to help others.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy.
- Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
