- Basic knowledge of medication reminders and health monitoring
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for improving the quality of clients' lives
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to ethical care practices
- Availability for training and certification as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus
