Homewatch CareGivers of Tacoma is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care and clinical oversight for clients in Tacoma and surrounding areas.

Pay & Schedule

• $35-$55 per hour (based on license and experience)
• Full-time and part-time options

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes
• Conduct assessments and support individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on conditions and care needs
• Document visits, interventions, and outcomes
• Communicate with physicians and care team on changes in condition
• Support care coordination and ongoing client needs
  
  
  

Requirements

• Active Washington State LPN or RN license
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Auto insurance
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Home care or home health experience preferred
