Homewatch Caregiver is seeking a qualified, professional and experienced sales person based in St Charles, MO. Our company provides key commercial services such as home caregiving services and products.

Earning potential is ultimately in your hands but the right, motivated individual can expect to earn from $50,000 to $65,000 in the first year (annual raises will be contingent on yearly performance).
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Generate new opportunities for sales (via phone, email, social media) using our company's advertising and we will teach you to find new ones.
- Establish and build new business relationships with prospective customers in order to grow the business.
- Provide excellent customer service to all new and existing clients.
- Customization of sales introductions and proposals for potential clients.
- Work on Saturdays part-time as needed along with supporting local home improvement conventions/events.
- Develop annual sales plan and target accounts in conjunction with Office Manager and Dealer.
Minimum Qualifications / Skills Needed:
- High school Diploma and preferably 1-3 years of sales experience.
- Strong ability to prospect via cold calling and cold emails to potential clients.
- Have enthusiastic, outgoing, competitive and self-motivated attributes
- Ability to be articulate and professional over the phone as well as through emailed communication.
- Excellent listening and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel & Outlook especially)
- College degree is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
Additional Benefits:
- Primarily on the road traveling to prospective clients
- Commissions based on a percentage of the revenue generated from new clients. This could range from 5-10% for each month’s revenue.

$15 - $20/hour for the 1st three months before being considered for the salary position.
