Role Overview:
As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of South San Jose, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, client-centered home care that promotes independence, safety, and well-being. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and deliver compassionate service that upholds our standards of excellence. You will have a flexible schedule (work-life balance) and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the comfort of our clients' homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with dietary needs.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Foster meaningful relationships with clients and provide emotional support.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills.
- Experience in caregiving or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to support a diverse client population.
Bonus If You:
- Have a certification in First Aid/CPR.

This position is on-site only and based in San Jose, California.
