Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management

• Support activities of daily living, such as transferring, ambulating, and positioning

• Monitor and report clients' conditions, including changes in health status

• Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and healthcare teams

• Establish and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a caregiving role (home care agency, assisted living, etc.)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in a healthcare-related field preferred

• Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record

• Pass pre-employment background and drug screenings

• Speak and write English fluently
