Homewatch Caregivers of Hilton Head is focused on providing top quality care for everyone in the Lowcountry. We provide in-home care services for not only the elderly but also people in rehab or who have suffered an injury and need help performing daily activities. We offer a variety of different care levels from hands-off to hands-on care and the wellness hub is the icing on the cake. With the wellness hub, we can help keep families in contact with one another around the world. If you are concerned with your loved ones taking their medications, making sure they are eating right, and living their best life, our Wellness Hub can do it all. We picked up a philosophy from our time in Key West called One Human Family, and we want to apply that moving forward in our care business. We are all part of a family, a human family, and we want to make sure every client and every caregiver feels like they are a part of that family.

Role Overview:

As a Community Outreach Coordinator at Homewatch CareGivers of Hilton Head, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local organizations, families, and the community to promote our in-home care services. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our caregiving team to ensure that we are delivering compassionate and effective care to our clients. Whether you work on-site only, you’ll have the opportunity to create meaningful connections and impact lives positively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach programs to raise awareness of our services in Hilton Head and the surrounding areas.
• Network with community leaders and organizations to foster partnerships that enhance service delivery.
• Organize community events and presentations to educate families about in-home care options.
• Gather feedback from clients and community members to refine outreach strategies and services offered.
• Collaborate with the caregiving team to ensure alignment in messaging and service delivery goals.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills.

• Experience in community outreach, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships within the community.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Compassionate and empathetic mindset in addressing client needs.

Bonus If You:

• Have experience in the healthcare or caregiving industry.
• Possess knowledge of local community resources and services.
• Are bilingual or have experience working with diverse populations.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Full Time, Monday through Friday.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
