Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center is seeking a positive, people-focused Full-Time Adoption Counselor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both pets and people and wants to play a meaningful role in helping dogs and cats find their forever homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors, adopters, and families
- Assist guests in finding the right pet match
- Support daily shelter operations in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with the public
- Passion for animal welfare and helping homeless pets
- Must be available to work both weekend days
