Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

- Independently monitor, review, and react to infrastructure outages.
- Perform extensive review of security alerting across multiple platforms to identify and report detected anomalies.
- Provide backup monitoring and remediation with minimal direction.
- Complete patching of servers, desktops, and networking equipment with minimal direction.
- Complete server and networking hardware replacements without assistance.
- Actively contribute to infrastructure documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Adhere to all corporate policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations and laws.
- Complete all mandatory annual compliance training.
- Follow regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP), and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering and other unlawful activities, as well as regulations pertaining to lending and consumer compliance to include fair lending laws.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- 1 years of experience related to computer or information systems.
- General technical knowledge and skills in Cisco networking, VMware vCenter, Rubrik Backup, DHCP, DNS, Windows Server 2016, 2019 & 2022, Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, O365, Intune MDM, QRadar, and Azure are a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage projects and direct others in completion of activities/tasks.
- Microsoft Office Suite expertise for use in communication, planning and other documentation.
- Clear, accurate, and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform assignments with minimal direction up to 25% of the time.
- Ability to quickly and independently learn new technologies and programs.
- Ability to understand and use bank policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work with confidential information appropriately.
- Ability to think and act within guidelines and limitations of bank policy and assigned personal authority.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- 2-year degree in Technology-related field of study
- Microsoft, CompTIA or Cisco certifications
