HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof in Puyallup is seeking a reliable and customer-focused On-Site Guest Service Representative to provide overnight guest support. This position is responsible for handling after-hours guest inquiries, assisting late-arriving guests with check-in, and serving as the primary overnight point of contact for the property.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
Assist late-arriving guests with check-in procedures.
Verify reservations and assign guestrooms.
Process payments and required registration information.
Respond to after-hours phone calls and guest inquiries.
Provide information regarding hotel amenities, policies, and local area services.
Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner.
Monitor the front desk area and remain available for guest assistance during the overnight shift.
Communicate any significant guest issues or property concerns to management for follow-up.
Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain organized and presentable.
Follow established emergency and safety procedures when necessary.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous hospitality, hotel, customer service, or front desk experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
