What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Customer Care Representative position at Hometown Veterinary Care of Byron Center?

Thank you for visiting our ad. We are looking for our next candidate who has a drive to learn, self motivated, and has a upbeat/positive attitude to join our team! As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for checking patients in/out, answering phone calls, answering emails, answering texts, helping walk in prescription pick ups, and general cleaning of our hospital. We have a close knit, compassionate team who puts our goals and standards first.
Weekly schedule would be as follows:
Mondays: 7am-4pm
Tuesdays: 8am-6pm
Wednesdays: OFF
Thursdays: 7am-CL (5:15pm)
Fridays: 7am-4pm
1 Saturday per month will be required to work 7:30am-1pm. Hours accumulated after 40 hours are qualified for over time pay.
Salary : $450 - $550
