Customer Service Representative
Monday - Friday Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- ALL paid federal holidays

Position Overview
The Branch Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for reviewing patient documents, filing, answering telephones, and assisting patients in the office as necessary.
Essential Job Functions
- Effectively operates keyboard or other data entry device to enter data into computer in a timely, accurate and complete manner.
- Transfer/recording alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into computer, using data entry device, such as keyboard or optical scanner, and following format displayed on screen.
- Performs quality control by auditing data on patient documents and verifying information is correct in billing system. The detection of errors will be corrected per policy with accuracy and timeliness.
- Filing of patient documents into patient charts in a timely and organized manner to ensure that patient charts complete with required documents according to Company policy
- Ensuring strict confidentiality of patient physical records and that information is shared only as appropriate
Educational and Experience Requirements
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Word processing and/or data entry abilities and the ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications and the ability to verify data input and corrects errors. The personal discipline needed to maintain confidentiality of records and information; the ability to type information in a quick and efficient manner.
