We are expanding our employer partnerships and seeking a Business Development Associate with 1–3 years of B2B sales or prospecting experience to help grow our footprint in the local business community.
Position OverviewThis is a field-based B2B sales role focused on developing relationships with employers and generating new business accounts.
We are looking for someone who already understands the fundamentals of sales — prospecting, pipeline management, follow-up, and closing — and is ready to continue building their career in a performance-driven environment.
This role carries revenue responsibility and clear activity expectations.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and develop new employer relationships within your assigned territory
- Conduct outbound cold calls and in-person visits to local businesses
- Schedule and lead meetings with HR leaders, operations managers, and business owners
- Present occupational health services tailored to employer needs
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of new opportunities
- Track activity, meetings, and follow-up in CRM
- Attend networking events and represent the organization in the community
- Close new accounts and contribute to territory growth
- Established brand with strong community presence

- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, staffing, insurance, healthcare sales, or service-based sales
