Overview: We are a local business looking for responsible, self motivated individuals with good work ethic that enjoy working outside. You will need to be good with customers, organized, and have a good driving record. At Hometown Turf we service our customers lawn and landscaping with fertilizer, weed control, and a variety of different pest controls (mosquito, flea/tick control, tree/shrub, etc.), we also do aeration and seedings to help improve their lawn condition. We are currently looking to fill a couple different positions so if you enjoy working outside and the weather doesn’t bother you then you may be fit for us.
Responsibilities:
- Properly and efficiently apply turf products to customer properties
- Safely operate company provided equipment on a daily basis to perform given daily tasks
- Inspect/evaluate and diagnose issues in lawns
- Up-sell customers based on individual needs
- Maintain a high level of customer retention
- Maintain a high level of communication with management and office staff to ensure customers are taken care of in a timely fashion
- Build relationships with customers in designated territory
