About the Role

Join a small, locally owned escrow company in Northwest Arkansas. As an Escrow Agent, you’ll handle real estate closings while using your current network and gradually expanding it to grow your book of business.

What You’ll Do

• Manage residential and commercial closings with accuracy and care

• Maintain relationships with realtors, lenders, and builders you already know

• Attend networking events to add new contacts

• Work closely with our title and processing team for seamless transactions

Who You Are

Required:

• 3 years of escrow or title experience

• Established local network in NWA real estate

Preferred:

• Experience with new construction or investor transactions

• Familiarity with common escrow software
