Position Title: Inside Sales Representative
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary:
As an inside sales representative working within the HomeTown System, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales efforts of comfort advisors, sales techs, sewer salesmen, and other sales-related professionals. This position is the main point of contact for improving sales and responding to incoming leads.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Own the sales coordination process — from lead tracking to follow-up scheduling, option builds, and everything in between.
- Collaborate with Comfort Advisors and the Inside Sales Team to maximize closing rates and keep the calendar full.
- Manage all incoming estimate leads — via phone, web, and text — and move them swiftly into appointments.
- Ensure every sales lead is touched within minutes — urgency wins in this game.
- Build proposal packages and communicate with customers before and after their appointments.
- Keep customers engaged post-visit: send follow-up quotes, answer questions, and keep the deal alive.
- Stay organized and on top of daily, weekly, and monthly sold revenue goals.
Requirements:
- 1 years of sales experience in home services
- Confidence and polish on the phone — you know how to talk to customers and close the loop.
- Hunger to win — you don’t let leads sit idle, and you follow through relentlessly.
- Organized and tech-savvy: you’ll be juggling multiple platforms (ServiceTitan, CRM tools, Slack).
- Ability to work closely with sales and install teams to keep jobs on track and on schedule.
