This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hiawatha, IA, for a Sales Manager/Sales Director. The selected candidate will oversee sales team activities, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong relationships with clients to drive growth. Responsibilities include setting sales goals, mentoring and training team members, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
