- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market, including current listings, pricing trends, and neighborhood insights
- Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly to build trust and rapport
- Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials for properties, enhancing visibility and attracting potential buyers
