Building/Grounds/Maintenance Assistant
The BGM Assistant will be expected to perform the routine maintenance, upkeep, and cleanliness of buildings, grounds, and equipment.
Teammate Expectations:
- Willingness and ability to operate various types of equipment and tools.
- Willingness and ability to complete physical / manual labor when needed and per direction given.
- Willingness to do all that is needed or requested to maintain facilities, equipment, and operations in a safe, functional and quality manner.
- Must be self driven, team oriented, flexible and able to effectively deal with situations and problems as they arise.
Responsibilities:
- Routine building, grounds, and equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Assist with farming duties / operations
- Work with and get along with fellow team mates as needed.
- Maintain and repair facilities
- Maintain and repair equipment
- Do whatever is deemed necessary for creating a friendly, caring, safe and happy environment/culture for teammates
- Have Fun and Be Positive Everyday!
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Carpentry skills preferred
- Mechanical skills preferred
- Valid driver license & insurable under company provider
- Team player with ability to work independently
- Physically able and willing to do manual labor
