Role Description
The Production & Order Operations Manager will oversee production planning, manage daily operations, and ensure the timely fulfillment of customer orders. Responsibilities include coordinating production processes, streamlining workflows, managing communication with vendors and internal teams, and analyzing data to improve efficiency and productivity. This is a full-time role based in Beaver, PA.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Production & Order Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders from sales handoff to final delivery.
This role is critical to our success and acts as the bridge between our sales team, vendors, and in-house production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is proactive, and takes ownership of ensuring every order is accurate, profitable, and delivered on time.
Qualifications
- Experience in screen printing, promotional products, apparel, or related industry preferred
Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience working with vendors and order management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Understanding of pricing, margins, and cost control is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role highly desirable.
