Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures to create a positive first impression
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments efficiently using medical office software
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding their treatment plans, appointment instructions, and follow-up needs
- Support clinical staff by preparing patient charts, updating medical records, and managing documentation with precision
- Handle incoming calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries, appointment requests, and billing questions
- Maintain a clean, organized front office environment that reflects professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret and communicate clinical information
- Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support with attention to detail
- Office experience demonstrating proficiency in scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Familiarity with Hearing loss is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy healthcare environment

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
