Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough health assessments, physical examinations, and medical histories for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic diseases with evidence-based practices
  • Develop personalized care plans, including medication management, health education, and lifestyle counseling
  • Perform triage to prioritize patient needs efficiently and effectively in fast-paced settings
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for accurate medical documentation and medical records management
  • Educate patients on disease prevention strategies, health regulation policies, and wellness initiatives
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and adherence to HIPAA regulations
  • Provide first aid, basic life support (BLS), CPR, and emergency care when necessary to stabilize patients in urgent situations
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards
  • Lead nursing initiatives related to patient care quality improvement and nursing leadership efforts

Requirements

  • Valid license as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or equivalent certification in your region
  • Proven experience in acute care settings with strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
  • Proficiency with medical software, EMR/EHR systems, and electronic health records management tools
  • Certification in basic life support (BLS), CPR, and first aid; additional emergency care certifications are a plus
  • Knowledge of health regulation policies such as HIPAA to ensure compliance in all patient interactions
  • Experience managing chronic diseases and implementing disease prevention programs
  • Strong triage skills with the ability to prioritize patient needs efficiently under pressure
  • Demonstrated nursing leadership experience with a focus on quality improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and team collaboration
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professional integrity

Pay: $110,670.13 - $133,280.16 per year
