AP / Payroll Administrator
Location: Schenectady

Position Summary
The AP/Payroll Administrator is responsible for accounts payable processing and bi-weekly payroll administration. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant vendor payments and employee compensation while serving as a key point of contact for vendors, payroll providers, and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices and credit applications
- Prepare bi-weekly vendor aging reports and process check and ACH payments
- Maintain accurate electronic AP records and reconcile vendor statements and general ledger
- Serve as primary contact for vendor inquiries
- Process bi-weekly payroll using UKG
- Coordinate with payroll vendor and department managers
- Prepare and submit 401(k) contributions and third-party payroll payments
- Generate payroll reports and process employee reimbursements
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll and/or accounts payable
- Proficiency with UKG payroll systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay: $26.44 - $31.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
