We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. We are based in Burlington VT and have an office space when you want to come in but not required that you use it. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Mainly going ot be working with Housecall Pro and scheduling.
## Duties
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with order entry and processing into HouseCall Pro Software
- Provide exceptional customer support
- Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations
## Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in data entry and typing
- Experience in contractor receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
