Duties
- Measure and interpret blueprint specifications to determine gutter lengths, angles, and placement according to project plans.
- Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and heavy equipment safely to install seamless gutters on various building types.
- Follow construction plans and schematics accurately to ensure proper alignment and secure attachment of gutters.
- Fabricate custom gutter sections on-site when necessary, ensuring seamless integration with existing roofing and building features.
- Install related components such as downspouts, brackets, hangers, and splash blocks with precision.
- Conduct quality inspections during and after installation to ensure adherence to safety standards and customer expectations.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding project progress, address questions or concerns, and ensure a positive service experience.
Qualifications
- Proven construction site experience with a strong focus on building material installation and roofing projects.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and ladders safely and effectively.
- Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and construction plans.
- Knowledge of gutter installation techniques along with related skills such as roofing, siding, or drywall installation is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction estimating, inspection procedures, and construction management practices is a plus.
- Ability to interpret dimensional measurements accurately for precise fitting of gutter systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.

Pay: $100.00 - $250.00 per day
