Job Functions:
- Receives loan documents after loan closing and provides follow-up for missing or delayed packages or documents.
- Reviews/Scrubs closed loan packages prior to loan delivery
- Delivering closed loan packages and full submission package to the specified investors within company time frames pending on delegation.
- Monitors the status of loans submitted to investors in order to facilitate their purchase within the timeframe
- Obtains, researches and provides required purchase clearing conditions to various investors utilizing their websites/systems
- Work with other departments within the company to get issues and/or conditions cleared for purchase
- Occasional trouble shooting with compliance and or our investors
- Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA and NON QM programs
- Pull and work daily reports
- Liaise between Operations and Investor contacts to ensure loans are purchased in a timely manner
- Follow up on trailing documents such as the final title policy and recorded security instrument to complete the loan file.
- Cross train to back-up other areas of the department.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with little supervision
- Must be able to multitask
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience with Encompass
- MS Office Suite
- 2-4 years of related Post Closing experience
- High school diploma or GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
