Pay or shift range: $22.02 USD to $28.63 USD
The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing and compiling information to close mortgage loans and to assure the accuracy of all documents, funding, and booking for Retail Lending.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Schedules, coordinates, prepares and funds mortgage loan closings
- Reviews all loan pre- and post-closing documents for completeness, accuracy and quality
- Complete verifications of employment and payoff requests for loan closings
- Monitor and ensure closing dates and company deadlines are met
- Communicate with loan officers, buyers, sellers, title companies, builders and agents
- Keep up with the changing policies and procedures, regulations applicable to the bank and mortgage industry
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- 2-3 years of related mortgage/loan experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Relevant computer skills
