What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class B CDL Route Delivery Driver position at Hometown Comfort?
Summary
Safely Deliver propane, gasoline & diesel fuel to residential, farm and commercial sites, and assist in installing and servicing propane, home heating fuel, and farm fuel systems.
- Class B CDL with HAZMAT & Tanker Endorsements
- Deliver Propane, Gasoline & Diesel Fuel to Residential & Commercial customers
- Comply with all Hometown's safety requirements
- Maintain courteous and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
- Maintain company vehicles in good working order, keeping them clean, presentable, and stocked, report all discrepancies of the truck, and maintaining proper records for work repairs
- Fill, repair and deliver propane cylinders
- Paint & wash tanks (Summer/Out of Season)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
