What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or RN (Registered Nurse) position at Hometown Care of North Mississippi?
Responsibilities:
- Administer injections and treatments as prescribed by provider
- Monitor patients' vital signs and room patients
- Perform basic in office labs
- Call patients with lab results and answer patient phone notes
Experience:
- Must have a valid LPN or RN license
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
