Role Overview

As an Operations Processor, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting the daily functions that keep the bank running smoothly and efficiently. This position involves a variety of operational tasks, including transaction processing, reconciliations, fraud detection, and digital banking support. Attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks are essential. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in banking who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile daily check activity and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Handle ACH files and transactions, including incoming and outgoing activity.
• Process domestic and international wire transfers with precision and security.
• Conduct research and resolve transaction discrepancies and account adjustments.
• Assist with ATM and debit card processing.
• Monitor and support digital and mobile banking platforms.
• Process mobile and remote deposit transactions and review items for accuracy and potential fraud.
• Detect and investigate fraudulent activity, submit claims, and follow through on resolution.
• Review daily reports, resolve rejected items, and ensure timely completion of end-of-day procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and support customer-facing teams.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3 years of banking experience
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 an hour

Work Environment: This is a fully in-person position based at our Waconia branch location.
