Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target automotive repair shops, dealerships, and retail outlets within your assigned territory.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication, personalized service, and expert product knowledge.
- Identify customer needs by conducting thorough automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting to recommend suitable parts and solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels at client locations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and repair procedures.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive parts sales or retail automotive environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, repair processes, and parts management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with inventory control practices and POS systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting customer relationships through exceptional communication skills and customer service excellence.
- Knowledge of automotive repair procedures, dealership operations, and retail math is advantageous.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
- Must be able to pass MVR and be insurable.
