Responsibilities
As a HomeTeam Seasonal Mosquito Technician, you can expect to:
- Maintain positive team environment interacting with customers, prospects, and fellow employees
- Provide effective and professional pest control service(s)
- Maintain accurate treatment/service records
- Demonstrate expertise and answer questions
- Collect payment for service
- Listen to customer concerns, describe the service performed, and set expectations
- Explain what the customer should expect after the service
- Explain to the customer what they can do to assist in the resolution of concerns.
- Recommend and schedule additional services if needed
- Communicate information about additional/seasonal service(s)

Qualifications
No experience required – training will be provided!
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
- Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
