The position offers comprehensive training for individuals without prior sales experience, ensuring they are equipped to effectively communicate the benefits of HomeTeam's pest control products and services.
- Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales by sending email quotes and making telephone calls.
- Engage inbound leads and convert inquiries into satisfied long-term customers
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right pest control plan.
- Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales goals through consultative selling and exceptional follow-up.
- Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner.
- Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
