No franchise experience? No problem.
We'll teach you everything you need to know about franchising, franchise law, our sales process, and the HomeTeam system. During your training period, you'll work alongside our Franchise Development team, learning the business from the ground up before transitioning into a full sales role.
The faster you learn, the faster you'll begin working with your own franchise candidates.
What You'll Do
- Speak with prospective franchise owners who request information.
- Build relationships and guide candidates through the discovery process.
- Schedule calls and follow up with leads.
- Learn franchise sales, territory management, and our development process.
- Grow into managing your own pipeline of franchise candidates.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Friendly and confident on the phone.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
- Motivated by goals and career growth.
- Comfortable following up with leads and building relationships.
Sales, recruiting, customer service, or business development experience is a plus, but not required.
