The Myrtle Beach HomeTeam Inspection Service location is seeking a trustworthy and reliable inspector to join our growing team. This position offers tremendous growth opportunities allowing you to grow into a master inspector role leading your own team of inspectors.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Must be friendly with excellent communication skills.
- Must be professional.
- Must be responsible and dependable. Being punctual is imperative.
- Must be a leader.
- Must be teachable and able to teach others.
- Must be comfortable with technology.
- Must have a valid driver's license and transportation to each inspection.
- Troubleshooting experience a plus.
- Residential construction experience a plus but not necessary.
- Currently holds a South Carolina state home inspector license is strongly preferred but not necessary to start. Must be willing to complete coursework and testing to obtain South Carolina Home Inspector License. Salary listed is for a Licensed Home Inspector.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect homes and report on the condition of various systems (e.g. roofs, attics, foundations, crawl spaces, siding, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, decks, etc) using cloud based software.
- Communicate the results of inspections to real estate agents and home buyers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $52,465.00 - $65,509.00 per year
