HomeTeam Inspection Service of Columbia is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Support Inspector to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn a skilled trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a licensed home inspector.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Lead Inspector during residential home inspections
- Inspect key areas of the home, including kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and garages
- Review inspection notes prior to arrival to ensure efficiency on-site
- Arrive early and prepared for each inspection (15 minutes prior)
- Help deliver a smooth, professional experience for clients and agents

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, insured personal vehicle
- Ability to travel to inspection sites
Schedule
Part-time
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Compensation & Growth
- $2,000–$4,000 per month (based on experience and production)
- Weekly performance bonuses for completing additional services (such as radon testing and other ancillary services)
- Flexible scheduling
