We are actively seeking a long term key player in our RV Dealership.

Homestead RV Center is a family-owned RV dealership with a reputation for integrity, value, and exceptional customer service. We operate as a lean, high-performing team where every employee has a direct impact on profitability, customer experience, and our reputation.

We are looking for an RV Parts & Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of our parts department. This is far more than a parts counter position.

You’ll be responsible for inventory, purchasing, pricing accuracy, vendor relationships, technician support, and growing our parts business while protecting profitability.

What You’ll Do

  • Report to the Director of Service Operations
  • Manage inventory for both retail and service operations.
  • Research and accurately order RV parts for service, warranty, technicians and customers.
  • Create, receive, and reconcile purchase orders.
  • Receive, stock, organize, and maintain parts inventory.
  • Communicate with vendors re: pricing, availability, freight, returns, and warranty issues.
  • Support technicians by sourcing the correct parts quickly and accurately.
  • Assist customers in person and by phone with professionalism and product knowledge.
  • Protect department gross margin by following company pricing policies.
  • Identify opportunities to increase parts sales, improve efficiency, and reduce unnecessary costs.
  • Develop and maintain repeat commercial, fleet, contractor, and institutional accounts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and help conduct cycle counts and physical inventory.
  • Package, ship, and receive merchandise as needed.
  • Lift and move parts and packages up to 80 pounds.

Preferred Experience

  • Parts, inventory, purchasing, warehouse, logistics, automotive, RV, marine, powersports, HVAC, or industrial supply experience
  • Familiarity with RVs or camping is a plus
  • Experience with inventory software, Excel, or dealership management systems

RV experience is helpful, but intelligence, integrity, organization, and good judgment are even more important.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 80 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Some evenings until 7:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays (10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
