Homestead of Weatherford is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our community. This person will be responsible for repairs, maintains physical structure, equipment and grounds of our communities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining, inspecting and repairing the equipment, operating systems, structure and grounds of the residence, including electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, roof, etc.
- Assisting in obtaining quotes for third party repairs and ensuring outside vendors complete projects as requested
- Utilizing the company maintenance management system to document work orders, preventative maintenance, required inspections, warranties, etc
- Scheduling and completing preventative maintenance, life safety systems/equipment inspections, and safety committee meetings and follow-up based on schedule
