Responsibilities:- Working knowledge of residential community associations in New Jersey
- 3-5 years of experience in Community Associations
- Certification in industry A (CMCA)
- Proactive Mindset
- Good communication skills
- Prepare Annual Budget
- Great Customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
