Compensation:$25.50 - $27.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs to maximize equipment performance, extend asset life, and promote a safe working environment.
- Perform siding repairs and minor roofing repairs to maintain the appearance and structural integrity of properties.
- Inspect windows, doors, walls, and other building components for damage and complete necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Respond to and resolve a variety of maintenance requests with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, preventative maintenance, service calls, and completed repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, and other building systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Independently manage assigned work orders and maintenance tasks across multiple properties.
- Safely climb ladders and work in elevated areas as required to complete maintenance and repair projects.
- Troubleshoot equipment and building system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with property improvement projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on maintenance, facilities, property maintenance, or related experience.
- Valid driver's license required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to after-hours, evening, weekend, and emergency maintenance requests as needed.
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, repair techniques, and preventative maintenance practices.
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose maintenance issues, troubleshoot problems, and perform repairs efficiently and safely.
- A functional smartphone is required to complete work orders through our maintenance app.
