We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Activity Aide to join our team at Homestead Health Care Center, located in Brunswick, OH. As an Activity Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents by assisting with their daily activities, socialization, and overall well-being. Shift: Part-time every other weekend
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist with dining needs, including serving meals and ensuring residents are satisfied with their dining experience
• Respond promptly to call lights and address the needs of our residents in a timely and respectful manner
• Chart and document resident activities and questionnaires accurately and thoroughly
• Engage with residents through conversations, games, and activities, promoting socialization and a sense of community
• Other duties as assigned to ensure the seamless operation of our care center
