We are currently seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Store Associates. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, outdoor environment where you’ll assist customers, care for a wide variety of plants, and contribute to the daily operations of our retail garden center.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide knowledgeable, courteous, and professional customer service
- Assist guests with plant selections, gardening advice, and product information
- Receive, price, stock, and merchandise plant and product deliveries
- Maintain clean, organized, and attractive sales and display areas
- Water, care for, and merchandise plant material to ensure optimal quality and appearance
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
- Support overall daily operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Interest in plants, gardening, or horticulture (prior experience is a plus but not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 30-50 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
