Cleaner Janitorial Worker

This position has a rotating daytime schedule with weekends required.

We are seeking a dependable person who is capable of working independently and follow a cleaning schedule to ensure the best experience for camping guests.

Essential Functions: 95% of time is spent performing Janitorial tasks, 5% of time is spent performing Landscaping tasks.

Janitorial tasks – Performed outside 98% of shift

• Custodial and general cleaning tasks, trash removal
• Perform cleaning tasks in cabins, showers, rest rooms, laundry facilities
• Perform cleaning tasks in community center, game room, Wi-Fi lounge
• Inspect and clean common areas including tables/chairs in pavilion, community center, pool area, etc.
• Collect and remove trash

Landscaping tasks – Performed outside 100% of shift

• Maintenance of grounds and landscaping
• Weeding
• Collect and remove trash

Physical Demands for both rolls

• Must be able to lift up to 40lbs
• Must be able to stand, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and twist repetitively
• Must be able to stand and/or sit continuously for long periods
• Must be able to tolerate climate changes including high temperatures and humidity

Perform additional duties as needed and/or assigned

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour

Experience:

• Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
