Position Details
Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (occasional overtime may be required)
Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour (based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities
Follow work procedures, schematics, or verbal instructions to perform assigned duties
Execute production and assembly tasks according to Homestead’s processes and standards
Maintain daily output goals while upholding craftsmanship and precision
Participate in in-process and final quality inspections
Inspect and verify cabinet components for accuracy and quality
Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to enhance quality and workflow
Flex between work areas as needed to support departmental efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and documentation
Knowledge of or willingness to learn best practices in manufacturing and woodworking
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
Positive attitude with curiosity and a growth mindset
Reliable and team-oriented, with a willingness to contribute beyond assigned tasks
Physical Requirements
Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. unassisted (occasionally more with help)
Stand or walk for extended periods during the shift
Work comfortably in noisy and dusty environments
Climb stairs and ladders as needed
Use hands frequently to grasp, handle, and manipulate tools or materials
Perform tasks involving squatting, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
